Job Description

  • Managing all HR procedures.
  • Identifying the company’s hiring needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
  • Performing employee onboarding to include data entry into the HR Information Database and new employee orientation.
  • Conducting employee exit interviews and procedures.
  • Conducting monthly payroll reviews, statistics, and reports.
  • Managing health insurance programs.
  • Designing, reviewing, and implement staff performance to meet corporate and individual needs.
  • Designing and implementing effective training and development plans.
  • Guiding employees on company HR policies and procedures.
  • Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:30 am to 6 pm.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices.
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
