Job Description

  • Analyze, design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training to meet business needs.
  • Implement performance management process.
  • Implement employer branding processes.
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers.
  • Build a robust and consistent talent pool to find qualified candidates, both active and passive.
  • Screen CVs and identify the most qualified for a given position.
  • Post job openings on media and social media outlets.
  • Schedule interviews.
  • Update job descriptions for all positions in business units.
  • Identify and analyze employee competency gaps.
  • Analyze and integrate performance management outputs with training needs.
  • Create an integrated training dashboard and generate reports.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of best practices.
  • Coach-able person.
  • Verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Getting to know the employer's brand.
