Job Description

Detailed analysis of energy-related industries and preparing reports:

• Identifying main industry segments and key market players within each segment.
• Preparing detailed industry reports using a widely accepted model (e.g. Porter’s 5 forces model).
• Providing investment recommendations at the industry level (Public or Private) emphasizing on oil and gas industry.
• Making and maintaining connections with other similar investment firms as a representative:
• Presenting the company as an active investment firm for potential future co-investments.
• Attending investment events and identifying potential new investment opportunities.
• Playing the role of contact person between the company and other peer companies.
• Collaborating in due diligence procedure of new investment plans:
• Providing key financial inputs for financial modeling of new investment opportunities (e.g. CAPEX, OPEX, Revenue, etc.).
• Confirming inputs of financial models coming from peer companies as an investment opportunity.
• Monitoring international trends and capital flows on a global basis to identify new investment opportunities:
• Identifying new potential profitable industries for investment purposes.
• Evaluating risk-return characteristics of those industries and the minimum required investment amount to enter to the market.
• Identifying key international market players in identified industries for potential co-investments.
