Job Description

● Maintain the energy management system as per standard ISO-50001. ● Conduct energy management systems and follow up on non-conformities. ● Perform annual energy review of all equipment, and identify significant energy uses, and relevant improvement opportunities. ● Determine and update energy performance indicators. ● Maintain steam trap management system and periodical functional test of them. ● Conduct a technical energy audit. ● Determine energy improvement projects and follow up to execute them. ● Periodical inspection of steam lines insulation. ● Prepare energy daily report. ● Analyse and follow up on any deviation of energy consumption regarding baseline. ● Monitor energy factors that have a significant impact on energy performance. ● Annual review of energy baselines. ● Investigate thermal loss and find a solution to remove it. ● Prepare monthly energy reports based on energy-intensive and other indexes to present to management and related organizations. ● Finalize energy consumption figures with MOBIN at the end of each month. ● Update energy management documents. ● Make sure about measurement devices and follow up if any problem is found. ● Prepare energy consumption reports, optimizing complex data and equipment energy ● Cooperate with the energy manager to define the new projects. ● Ensure proper progress of projects and present necessary guides to the project executive group. ● Attend internal meetings and technical meetings and offer suggestions for energy improvement. ● Monitor utility consumption of plants and prepare energy daily reports. ● Weekly monitoring of olefin furnaces efficiency. ● Calculate and report the efficiency of significant energy-use equipment. ● Identify current and potential energy sources ● Evaluate past and present energy use ● Estimate future energy use.
