Job Description

We are looking for a fresh, enthusiastic office secretary to coordinate with colleagues and assist management with office issues. List of responsibilities: ● Coordinate and support daily operational and administrative functions. ● Arrange meetings. ● Handle phone calls. ● File documents and Emails. ● Coordinate with colleagues and with external contacts. ● Reporting to Managing Director. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Thursdays: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in related fields. ● 3 to 5 years of experience in related fields. ● Specialist knowledge: Microsoft Office knowledge, Intermediate English knowledge. ● Soft skills and personality traits: Cooperative, ready to learn, enthusiastic Reliability and honesty. ● High communication and public relations skills. ● Strong organizational skills.
