Job Description
● Assist the manager with maintaining calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and making corresponding.
● Prepare minutes of meeting; follow up the execution status according to the MOM.
● Provide written and oral English translation support for foreign manager when needed.
● Handle referred affairs and related duties as needed.
● Manage and maintain the Direct Manager diary and email account.
● Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments.
● Follow up referral tasks.
