Job Description

● Assist the manager with maintaining calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and making corresponding. ● Prepare minutes of meeting; follow up the execution status according to the MOM. ● Provide written and oral English translation support for foreign manager when needed. ● Handle referred affairs and related duties as needed. ● Manage and maintain the Direct Manager diary and email account. ● Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments. ● Follow up referral tasks.

Requirements

● Having Bachelor's degree. ● Minimum 2 years of related experience. ● Having the knowledge of administrative procedures. ● Having a good knowledge of computer skills. ● Fluent English. ● Flexible to overtime work. ● Multi-tasking skills.
