Job Description

- Coordinate calls, appointments, meeting, and conferences, maintain schedules, reminders and calendars - Register all incoming and outgoing letters -Sending and receiving Fax - Managing all day- to - day office operations - Preparing daily reports - Informing customer complaints, conflicts within the company to related authorities - Maintain good long term relationship with customers -Handle both field and indoor sales activities

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Secretary - Being a good listener and attention to details - Professional with Internet searching, outlook, MS Office - Excellent telephone manners - Highly organized and good planner - Gender Preference: Female
