Job Description

Objective: Objective of the role is to provide the required assistance and handle all administrative/secretarial issues to enable the attorney to concentrate on legal work. Main responsibilities : -Providing full administrative and secretarial support -Following up and performing tasks assigned -Maintaining schedules and calendars -Receiving and sending correspondences and answering to phone calls -Creating and maintaining paper and electronic files -Managing and making arrangements for meetings Desired start date : as soon as possible Probation : 3 months Working hours : 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Requirements

Other Skills : -Good level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellence in MS Word -Strong communication skills, pleasant personality and courteous manner -Flexibility to work to the demand of the role -Being precise, responsible and reliable with a high level of dedication -Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and within deadlines -Ability to prioritize, organize, plan and work under pressure -Energetic, self-motivated, team worker, -Experience in similar positions and university degree is an advantage Ideal Age Range : 19 -40 Gender Preference : Female Language Skills : English and Farsi Current Residence : Tehran
