Job Description

  • Coordinate office activities and operations; manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
  • Welcome visitors and customers.
  • Manage agendas, appointments, meetings, etc. for the management.
  • Create, update, and archive records and databases with personnel.
  • Submit timely reports.
  • Follow up on all the tasks assigned by the manager.
  • Arrange, manage, and organize Management daily, weekly and monthly schedules.
  • Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate colleague.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficient in English and Farsi.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of business principles and coordination of people and time resources.
  • Sociable, good-looking, and orderly personality.
  • Being a good listener and paying attention to details.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Responsible, reliable, and creative.
  • Excellent telephone behavior.
  • Maturity to handle sensitive matters and maintain absolute confidentiality.
  • Ability to make good decisions.
  • Hardworking and serious at work.
