Job Description

Welcome and accompany our customers.
Build customer loyalty through adapted and personalized advice.
Advise by enhancing our traditional know-how and the characteristics of our products through an argument.
Contribute to the development of the brand image.
Contribute to the development of the turnover of your point of sale.
Monitor stocks and guarantee their reliability.
Receive the goods and carry out restocking.
Manage deliveries/stock.
Highlight our collections through inspiring visual merchandising.
Maintain visual merchandising.
Ensure the proper maintenance of the point of sale.

Assist in the Preparation of Capsule Collections:

Process customer orders: entry of orders; control of information on orders (prices, references, means, payment conditions, etc.); validation of POs.
Deal with disputes and possible customer disputes (price, quantity, quality, logistics) and establish the corresponding accounting regularizations (invoice/credit).
Monitoring of the different customer settlement methods and preparation of reminders.
Update various dashboards (weekly sell-through analysis; accounting follow-up; after-sales service follow-up).
Update client databases.

Requirements

From commercial training back to back +2 years of experience in sales, ideally in the ready-to-wear or high-end service sector.
Passionate about fashion.
Strong product sensitivity and a good knowledge of the sector and its trends.
Commercial-oriented and have a culture of results and a taste for teamwork.
Successful experience in a similar position.
Organization, responsiveness, dynamism, and versatility.
Good knowledge of the brand and its positioning, mastery of current "trends".
Love of fashion.
Mastery of computer science.
Experience in the fashion industry is highly desired.
Mastery of Excel essential.
Fluent in English (written and oral).
