Job Description

The owner of the position is responsible for all sales and technical support issues that would result in sales increase under the supervision of the sales supervisor. ● Responsible for all customers' calls and inquires and registry of all information in CRM. ● Responsible for technical customers' questions. ● Preparing the technical offers, sales pre-invoices, or Invoices under the supervisor of superior. ● Following up on all technical offers and pre-invoices and updating the supervisor with the last status of customers' conditions. ● Checking the related sites for tenders and inquires and acting properly and quickly. ● Preparing required documentation for the related tenders. ● Assisting with telemarketing and building a technical and sales connection with the technical and salesperson in the target market. ● Following up on the sales debt collection. ● Preparing the sales report. ● Working days: Sunday to Wednesday 8:30 to 18:00 and Thursday 8:30 to 14:00. ● Holidays: Friday and Saturday. ● Company Location: Sarhang Sakhaee St.; South Ferdowsi.
