Job Description

POSITION SNAPSHOT: Location: Tehran, Iran Full-time POSITION SUMMARY: Supporting sales function through controlling documentation and evidence for trade execution in all channels and customers along with preparing and providing required sales reporting and analysis. A DAY IN THE LIFE … ● Collect documentation and evidence (including contracts, agreements, pictures, etc.) for trade execution of BDA and other activities in all channels and customers. ● Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and provides documentation for payment of bonuses to partners. ● Provide inputs for budgeting of BDAs and visibility programs (ICP - OSTA). ● Pre-post evaluations of BDAs and visibility programs and learning log. ● Provide analysis and proposes opportunities for improvement of BDAs and visibility programs to supervisors, RSMs, and channel managers.

Requirements

What will make you successful? ● 1 to 2 years of experience. ● Strong understanding of sales and finance KPIs. ● Good knowledge of the interrelationship of key functions and their key initiatives (Sales, CCSD marketing, finance, HR, supply chain, technical, and globe and IS/IT). ● Good knowledge of core business processes and fundamentals (Sales, distribution, customer planning, and managing, financial reporting, traceability, quality. ● Very good analytical skills. ● Good communication (oral and written) in English and Farsi.
