POSITION SUMMARY

Supporting sales and finance functions through conducting reconciliation on customer line items and investigating the root causes of discrepancies.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Analyze the differences between Nestlé customer line items and the customer's statement on each payment detail.
  • Investigate regarding the root cause of discrepancy and assign it to related stakeholders (quantity/price/discount).
  • Follow with customers regarding open line items which cannot be categorized under quantity/price/discount differences.
  • Provide analysis regarding root causes of discrepancy.
  • Provide action plans regarding the root causes of the discrepancy.
