Job Description

Last year, the industrial group has decided to start investing in the home appliance and audio-visual industry due to the departure of large home appliance companies from Iran. This important task will be the responsibility of the newly established company (Ofogh Golestan Khavarmianeh). This project, initially It will start with the production of TVs and gradually other products such as dishwashers, vacuum cleaners, washing machines, air conditioners and refrigerators will be added. • Managing modern channel & B2B sales tasks • Creating Sales & Marketing Innovative Ideas • Managing Market Research & providing report to top manager • Determining & Monitoring Online Campaign as well as advertising Activities • Leading, monitoring and considering marketing and advertising activities (Advertising Agencies, exhibition, billboard, printing materials, product brochures, pop, ….) • Monitoring Website performance (UI / UX) • Managing Content Marketing for Social Media • Managing direct (cash & credit) sales department • Determining and monitoring sales target(monthly, seasonally and annually), marketing and advertising strategy and budgeting • Setting sales promotions & Sales Expansion • Considering sales report • Marketing and sale in provinces • Negotiating with organizations and dealers in order to boost the sales amount and volumes • Meeting the bank chiefs related to credit card for customers • attracting new dealers • Building, formulation, implementation and maintenance of B2B marketing relationships and strategies • Market analysis and preparing marketing plans • Communicating with current, potential and new customers on regular basis (Visit, Email, Letter, Telephone, and etc.) in order to develop market share • Determining & reporting sales KPIs and performance • Continually developing knowledge of the business climate, applications and competitions • Creating strong sales relationships with customers • Overlooking the target market • Carrying out the relevant negotiations regarding the sale of the products • Contract negotiations, finalization & delivery • Periodic preparation of marketing & sales reports to top manager • Determining annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions • Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans. • Establish and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand • Selecting sites for new development with a focus on multi-unit opportunities • Managing relationships with suppliers, vendors, sponsors, internal clients and community partners • Providing highly professional sales and marketing expertise and back up to sales representatives • Working closely with distributor field teams to help lead strategic field initiatives • Participating in district sales events as well as regional and national distributor trade shows • Selecting sites for new development with a focus on multi-unit opportunities • managing the day by day marketing activities of the organization and long-term Marketing strategy for the company • Co-coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities • Channel/retail expansion • Modern Channel Negotiation/promotion • Defining Targets and policies • Managing product distribution • Market monitoring • Competitive analysis • Market analysis • Pricing suggestion • Defining promotional activities • Controlling dealer accounts • achieving money collection targets • Responsible for channel expansion • Managing marketing activities based on evaluated needs • Managing sales development (quality/quantity) • Direct Negotiation and Communication with dealers. • To have regular meeting with agents in order to set and review monthly/yearly targets. • To plan and get order considering to company sales strategy, potential of market, running rate history and buffer stock level in agent’s warehouse. Physical presence in the market and data analysis of market and competitors to gain market share. • Forecasting & planning (Targets, Sales, promotions, by SKU products) •Target setting (by Brand, by SKU, by center, by City) base on needs market, company mission and strategies in my territory. • Daily controlling and check product stocks in the distributor’s warehouses. • Daily controlling of consumer orders and needs • Observe and analysis Sales performance for Distributors

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in marketing, or related fields • 5-10 years of experience in reputable home appliance and audio-visual companies • Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills • Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Proven sales experience and knowledge, including familiarity with current trends in sales methods • Knowledge of or experience with internet sales methods, such as search engine marketing and search engine optimization • Experience with customer relationship software and services, such as Sales Force • Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of an organization • Notable interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor and ability to provide both positive and negative feedback effectively • Willingness to travel regularly to attend and host meetings and assist with general management duties • Maximum 43 years old
