Job Description

We are looking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized sales supervisor to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue. You will supervise and coordinate the schedules of the sales representatives to meet and exceed sales quotas. Sales Supervisor supervises and coordinates the daily activities of sales representatives engaged in promoting and selling a product. Day in the life: - Supervise sales operations of sales team. - Follow-up leads and samples provided by sales team. - Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services. - Build new customer base to maximize sales. - Supervise field marketing and sales force. - Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents. - Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies. - Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules - Recruit, hire, and train sales representatives - Receive and report on all sales leads - Supervise sales representatives and assistants - Meet all sales goals - Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals What will make you successful? The skills required of a successful sales supervisor are to have the ability to multitask and time management. Needless to say, strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Requirements

Candidate's Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business. - 3+ years sales experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communications skills both verbal and written - Ability to speak effectively in interpersonal situations - Strong independent work ethic, excellent time management skills, and organizational abilities - Basic Microsoft office skills - Focused on customer service - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Persuasive and goal-oriented - Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
