Job Description
● Achieve sales targets, in the relevant territory on the required basis.
● Regular visits of pharmacies in order to make sure product availability within the territory and escalate problems to managers to keep company reputation.
● Achieve agreed-on sales, productivity, and performance targets within a given territory.
● Meet or exceed sales targets (sales growth/market share growth) within agreed budgets and timescales.
● Close collaboration with distributors to ensure product availability.
● Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
● Resolve customer (pharmacy) complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
● Coordinate with the assigned Medical representative to achieve the planned purchase orders in line with the distributor’s policy and SOPs and sales plan approved by the direct manager.
● Strict professional handling of samples and maintaining the appropriate storage condition from receiving till handling to customer.
● Execute any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.
