Job Description
The sales planning manager will be responsible for optimizing the sales process and achieving sales targets by effective planning, forecasting, and analyzing sales data.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Forecast sales volume, distribution, success rate, and revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs.
- Evaluate sales tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Follow up and evaluate sales and operations processes.
- Finalize monthly demands.
- Create a standard operating procedure (SOP) in the sales department.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in sales planning or strategic sales management.
Skills:
- Professional in sales fundamentals.
- Advanced Excel.
- Advanced Power BI.
- Knowledge of sales best practices, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
