Job Description

The sales planning manager will be responsible for optimizing the sales process and achieving sales targets by effective planning, forecasting, and analyzing sales data.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Forecast sales volume, distribution, success rate, and revenue targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and KPIs.
  • Evaluate sales tools and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Follow up and evaluate sales and operations processes.
  • Finalize monthly demands.
  • Create a standard operating procedure (SOP) in the sales department.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in sales planning or strategic sales management.

Skills:

  • Professional in sales fundamentals.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Advanced Power BI.
  • Knowledge of sales best practices, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
