Job Description

Novin Asia Business Management Co. is the exclusive partner and distributor of Düllberg Konzentra GmbH, in Iran. Düllberg Konzentra is a third-generation owner-managed production, research, and trading company. Our products include fragrances and flavorings, essential oils, perfume compositions, and GMP-certified pharmaceuticals. Our 120 employees generate sales of approx. € 50 million. From our main location near Hamburg Airport and offices in Dubai and Jakarta, we serve our customers worldwide in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries, as well as in the cleaning and laundry industries. Roles:

  • Search for new clients who might benefit from company services and using a database.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Develop new ideas to increase market share.
  • Follow up the sales process according to the sales policy and objectives of the company.
  • Work as a team member with other sales experts.
  • Communicate with customers via direct contact, telephone, and written correspondence (letters, faxes, etc.).
  • Monitor customer preferences.
  • Responsible for achieving his/her sales target.
  • Visit the customers.
  • Report to the sales manager.
  • Duration: Permanent. 
  • Desired start date: ASAP.
  • Probation period: 3 months.
  • Number required: 2
  • Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm; Thursdays: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
  • Location: Nelson Mandela (Jordan).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Chemical/Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate. 
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing (B2B).
  • Knowledge of fragrance, cosmetics, detergent, and cleaners industry is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in working in the B2B market takes precedence.
  • Motivated and self-directed, ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
  • Young, energetic, efficient, and very presentable.
  • Maximum age: 40 years old.
