Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management. ● Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team ● Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence ● Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives ● Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs ● Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team ● Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status ● Drive strategic relationships with clients. ● Work closely with product and marketing teams to communicate root causes for customer success or failure, and drive requirements for product enhancement and development. ● Use data to define better operating procedures and product needs.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a talent for responding effectively to industry direction, customer needs, and competitive positioning. He or she will thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments and have very strong communication and presentation skills. ● At least 5 years of experience in sales, distribution, and key account sales management. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related fields. ● Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences. ● Strong business sense and industry expertise. ● Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills. ● Sales and Marketing (Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems). ● Customer and Personal Service (Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction). ● Administration and Management (Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources). ● Skills like persuasion, active listening, coordination, critical thinking, negotiation, active learning, complex problem solving, judgment and decision making, systems analysis.
