Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Sales Manager to lead our sales department. as a Sales Manager, we are seeking for who can plan, execute and oversee all sales activities effectively. Our ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. As the Sales Manager, your duties will include: -Overseeing the success of company's sales department -Building strategic relationships with customers - Meeting with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs -Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensuring it’s strong presence - Planning and directing the hiring, training and providing professional development for a sales team - Identifying knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them -Setting and presenting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals for the team - Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and internationally - Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures - Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics -Setting discount rates and determining price schedules -Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Operating Procedures -Generating reports to track sales and goals -Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team -Working closely with product and marketing teams to communicate root causes for customer success or failure, and drivie requirements for product enhancement and development. Requirements

- Master's degree in sales and marketing or business management from an accredited university - 5+ At least 5 years of experience in sales management within a corporate setting - Strong business sense and industry expertise - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - superb leadership ability - Ability to travel at least 2 times per month - The ability to multitask - Team work - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Self-motivated, results driven, and autonomous taking responsibility for achieving your targets
