Job Description

● Manage sales promotion of assigned products. ● Apply territory planning to get the maximum use of time and best area coverage. ● Responsible for updating product knowledge on promotional material and articles to ensure the highest standard of sales representation. ● Regular visits to pharmacies to monitor product availability and movement. ● Build long-term value-adding relationships with her/his contacts. ● Prospect and qualify new customers. ● Report market feedback. ● Provide call reports, activity reports, and market reports. ● Report to the CEO. ● Participate in local meetings and congresses. ● Go on business missions. ● Lead Tehran's visitors' team.

Requirements

● Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. ● Experience in customer relationship management. ● Experience managing and directing a sales team. ● Strong oral and written communication skills. ● Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas. ● Excellent leadership skills. ● Experience setting sales goals. ● Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
