Job Description

Main Responsibilities: - Prepare sales and distribution strategy, plans, and budgets and approve budget expenditures. - Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. - Determine price schedules and discount rates. - Monitor customer preferences, competitors' sales channels and market dynamics to determine focus of sales efforts. - Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. - Oversee product and local sales managers and their staffs. - Confer with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advise customers on types of equipment to purchase. - Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business. - Manage and control all direct and indirect sales channels and assessing channels strengths and weaknesses. - Implementation and control of trade marketing activities align with marketing and sales strategy and brand. - Optimizes the operational performance of the sales team, in line with the marketing strategy, objective and related marketing plan. - Responsible for the implementation of processes, procedures and organization within the division. -Reporting to: CEO - Duration: Permanent position - Travel Requirements: As needed

Requirements

University Qualifications: - Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronic or computer Engineering, Marketing, Management, or MBA Previous Experience: - At least 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing management Specialist Knowledge: - Good knowledge of Telecommunication business is highly appreciated. - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer; - This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. - Computer (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet browsing skills.
