Job Description
- Contact or visit regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, solicit orders and arrange the deliveries with proper internal communication.
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability and promotional offers and Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources to identify prospective customers, Competitor updates, new opportunities or market trends.
- Supervise the efficiency of cash flow and on-time payment of accounts along with monitoring the off-take of products in stores and provide solutions to ease the sellout.
- Supervise retail merchandisers and promoters to improve product exposure, such as shelf positioning, POS materials and planogram implementation.
- Control and estimate stock levels/demands and reorder merchandise as necessary.
- Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships by key customers and Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships toward achievement of sales targets and establishing sustainable business joins.
- Study product information to acquire professional knowledge
- Estimate costs or terms of sales .
- Coordinate sales campaigns by setting mutual business plans with stores.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily visit reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual account’s analyses.
