Job Description

• Plan, organize and manage all sales activities. • Lead and develop a highly motivated and well-performing sales team • Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products • Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products • Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products • Managing customer relationship, visit customer & solving their issues • Attending relevant trade exhibitions • Manage the sale team including day to day management, set up a weekly sales meeting, motivation the team to get to their goals • Build and promote strong, long-term distribution relationships with partners • Track business performance and timely progress reports to management • Offer product knowledge and technical expertise to increase customer demands • Analyze sales statistics

Requirements

• At least 5 years professional experience in construction industry • Specialist knowledge: English language-Marketing-Analyzing • MSc or BSc. In the fields of construction or management • Good negotiation skill, Motivated and self-directed • Team player with strong communication skills • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Gender Preference: Male • Computer and Internet literate Work conditions: • Current Location: Tehran • Working hours: Sat-Wednesday 8:30 am- 5:00 pm + Thursday 8:30 am-12:30 pm • Salary per month: Negotiable
