Grundfos in Iran is currently looking to further strengthen its external sales force with a Sales Manager to cater to the Distribution market for Commercial & Domestic Building solutions.

What is the job about?
As a member of the Sales team you will actively promote and sell Grundfos products and solutions/services, to distributors within Iran. You will generate ideas and support product development based on feedback from customers.
You will present the total Grundfos products & solutions to prospective and existing external customers in order to increase the revenue of the company, market share and achieve sales targets.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited, to the below:
• Achieve assigned sales targets by implementing agreed sales strategies and exploiting all business opportunities, thereby increasing the profitable growth and market share of the company.
• Ensure that clients are delivered what has been promised to them. This is to be done by maintaining up‐to date sales activities, defining customer requirements and coordinating their requirements with all concerned departments.
• Register daily / weekly reports on sales activities (including feedback from distributors / customers).
• Identify and suggest relevant customer oriented marketing activities (special business promotions, customer trainings, seminars, customer factory visits, direct mail, internet marketing etc.), which would bring in additional business revenue and increase market share.
• Coordinate, support and manage existing business accounts, distributors and partners to increase their satisfaction / loyalty index level. Provide all necessary sales tools (catalogs, prices, documents etc.) for them to meet the customer requirements.
• Follow-up all projects directly (in co-ordination with authorized distributors and partners) to ensure that Grundfos wins them.
• Source and develop new customers in order to promote the Grundfos product and Services to increase market penetration and achieve the budgeted sales targets.
• Develop, maintain and manage a strong relationship with current and new customers through personal visits, telephone calls and email correspondences.
