Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with an engineering background, preferably in Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, and proven experience in B2B sales within international markets, particularly across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa.
Experience in Oil & Gas, Water & Wastewater, Cybersecurity, Industrial Automation, Power Distribution, and Petrochemicals is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
--Customer & Account Management
Manage existing customer relationships and ongoing projects.
Provide technical and commercial support throughout the sales cycle.
Identify new project opportunities within existing accounts.
Develop long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for successful project execution.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
--Business Development
Identify, approach, and qualify new leads and prospects across the MENA region.
Convert prospects into long-term customers and strategic accounts.
Develop new business opportunities and project pipelines.
Expand the company’s presence across target industries and territories.
Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and decision-makers.
Requirements
Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken, with confidence in online and face-to-face customer meetings.
Engineering background is mandatory, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, or Industrial Systems.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work effectively in an international, collaborative environment.
Willingness to travel internationally when required.
Experience in Oil & Gas, Water, Energy, Automation, Power Distribution, Cybersecurity, or Petrochemicals is preferred.
Compensation
IRR 80,000,000 – 100,000,000 per month + Bonus and Commission
Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, and overall evaluation.
