Job Description

Developing the strategic plan in the sales department Expanding the sales programs and advertisements Expanding the marketing plans and sales financial Market research Solving the customer problems Arrangement and planning for the technical subjects of projects Arrangement between sales department and the other department Arranging the company policies in the department Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; managing staff Objective: The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for the retention of existing customers and growth of customer acquisition by understanding the needs of our markets, realising the full Potential of the products and by taking full responsibility for delivering the outcomes created by The Sales and Marketing team function. He/she will: • Maintain an up to date market analysis of the potential use of the products capability. • Focus on establishing annual and medium term plans for the sales and marketing function in Order to achieve revenue and profit objectives as required • Roll out directed marketing strategies (where appropriate).
