Job Description

• Responsible for the sale and marketing of products. • Building a sales team, Manage, training, coaching, and leadership team. • unique strategies to increase sales in the air and gas industry. • Ability to plan and execute organizational sales and project-based sales. • Monitoring sales process and team performance and review and fix deficiencies. • Monitoring market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales methods. • Improving sales targets through marketing, creating sales channels, and project-based sales. • Establish strong business relationships with distributors and key customers. • Mastering marketing knowledge and experience in using marketing tools such as advertising and public relations.

Requirements

• Related education in sales and marketing and Engineering • At least 6 years sales experience in the air and gas industry • Ability to produce reports and reporting • Time Management, Problem-solving and good analytical skills, Good organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability • Possibility of business trips • Being motivated, confident, energetic, and creative
