• Sales development • Technical Sales (Industrial Scale B2B) • Prepare and commit to sales plan. Making customer visits frequently • Travelling to visit potential clients • Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers • Key Account Management • Identify and realize market potential. • Product suggestions and solutions to customer • Control profitability of unit by right pricing • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions • Offering after-sales support services • Meeting sales targets • leading sales projects Reporting to: Country Sales Manager Desired Travel requirements: Occasional travel within country

Requirements

- University qualifications: B.S preferably mechanical Engineering major - Previous experience: At least 2 years experience as sales responsible in same market or steel Market - Specialist knowledge: • M.S Office • Pricing methodology • Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skills • Presentation Skills • Communication and interpersonal skills Selling - Other Skills: • Agile and adaptable with an exceptional ability to be unconventional in thinking (Out of the box - Thinking • Interpersonal skills • Analytical thinking • Self motivated • Self-learning - Ideal Age Range: 25-35
