Job Description

  • Engage with clients via email and phone to meet their needs and build strong business relationships.
  • Handle inquiries about pricing, contracts, and negotiations with a deep understanding of commercial terms.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and technical specifications in detail to clients.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by analyzing market trends and client needs.
  • Use company strengths to strategically grow the client base and enter new markets.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions, providing significant insights to management.
  • Report directly to the managing director and sales manager.
  • Probation period: 2 months.
  • Working hours and days: Saturday to Wednesday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
  • Travel requirements: Yes.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering fields, with a preference for specializations in Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Sciences.
  • Proven work experience as a sales engineer, commercial expert, or a similar role within the industrial or machinery sectors.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, in English and Persian.
  • A strong aptitude for learning technical concepts and understanding the working principles of various equipment and materials related to the industrial and machinery sector.
  • The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A willingness to travel for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
