Job Description

Bachelor's or master's degree in agriculture-related fields
- Familiar with marketing processes and sales engineering.
⁃ Holding of high verbal skills, high emotional intelligence, extroverted and energetic
⁃ Min. 3 years proven experience in seed sales, planning, marketing, development and data analysis
- Fluency in office software and relative fluency in English.
⁃ Average Ages between 25 to 40 years.
- Ability to effectively respond to direction and questions from managers, employees and customers.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* A flexible team player who develops trust and can work cross-functionally to drive results.
Compensation: goodly Wage (commensurate with experience), plus bonus opportunities based on performance, payable according to the Company's standard payroll schedule and practices.
