Job Description
The objective of the role:
- To develop new customers, promote company products and solutions, and achieve sales revenue.
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform a SWOT analysis for the market, and collect information about the competition, potential market volume, current market share, and customers’ feedback.
- Exploit the market to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
- Plan and organize sales activities, such as demos, line trials, seminars, solution presentations, etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order.
- Cooperate with customers, collect customers’ needs, analyze the application, and provide solutions to satisfy customers with values.
- Cooperate with the service team to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Cooperate with the finance department to improve the performance of receivables and overdue.
- Build, maintain, broaden, and strengthen good relationships with customers
- Report timely and accurately.
- Improve job-required competence, personality, and behavior.
- Report to the sales and executive manager.
- Probation period: 3 Months.
- Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 7:30 to 16:00.
- Travel requirements: Yes, inside and outside the country, if needed.
- Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable.
- Commission, bonus, and benefits: sales commissions, and supplemental health insurance.
