Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced sales engineer to join our team at [FIROUZA ENGINREEING], a leading crane industry company. As a sales engineer, you will be responsible for playing a crucial role in driving our continued growth by actively promoting and selling our range of high-quality cranes and lifting equipment. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and developing new business opportunities. This position requires a deep understanding of the crane industry, technical expertise, and exceptional sales skills.

Roles:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients, conducting in-depth needs analysis and presenting tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to provide technical support and expertise during the sales process.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to provide valuable market insights.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.
  • Provide post-sales support, including coordinating delivery, installation, and ongoing customer service.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote our products and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and operations, to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering field, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the crane or heavy equipment industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of cranes, and related technologies.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain complex engineering concepts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating exceptional customer service.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
