As a sales engineer, you will be responsible for playing a crucial role in driving our continued growth by actively promoting and selling our range of high-quality cranes and lifting equipment. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and developing new business opportunities. This position requires a deep understanding of the crane industry, technical expertise, and exceptional sales skills.
Roles:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the assigned territory.
Identify and qualify potential clients, conducting in-depth needs analysis and presenting tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the engineering team to provide technical support and expertise during the sales process.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to provide valuable market insights.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.
Provide post-sales support, including coordinating delivery, installation, and ongoing customer service.
Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote our products and generate leads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and operations, to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering field, or a related field.
Proven track record of successful sales experience in the crane or heavy equipment industry.
In-depth knowledge of cranes, and related technologies.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and explain complex engineering concepts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating exceptional customer service.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
