Job Description
● Define annual sales targets for SciTech and our network of representatives.
● Define and implement plans to reach sales targets.
● Breakdown those targets into monthly/weekly objectives.
● Track and monitor sales team’s progress against targets.
● Lead and motivate the sales team to improve relationships with representatives in order to achieve sales targets.
● Monitor competition thoroughly and provide a monthly report of their portfolio, pricing strategy, and marketing activities.
● Assess costs, competition, trade margins, etc. to establish the selling price.
● Establish an excel based sales reporting system with a breakdown into a category, channel, etc.
● Establish a sales training program to enhance the knowledge of the existing team and new employees.
