Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced and high-energy sales director who will be responsible for leading our company's sales teams in order to accelerate the growth of sales. The primary duties for this position will be: designing plans to meet monthly/yearly targets for all sales lines, Setting and communicating sales goals and targets, developing sales strategies for sales lines, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to set revenue goals and company strategy and implementing a sales plan to drive revenue growth and attending key events to generate leads. You will also be working closely with marketing and sales teams to develop a pricing strategy to maximize profits and market share. The successful candidate will be an ambitious, well-organized, and knowledgeable person who will be able to sell, be able to negotiate and motivate employees.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for all sales teams, regions, and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Negotiate and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales teams, marketing teams, account management, and operations, to implement a targeted sales strategy.
  • Oversee a team of sales associates and help them achieve different KPIs (Key Predictive Indicators) and quotas.
  • Create sales reports and work to ensure total customer satisfaction.
