Job Summary:
As the Sales and Marketing Manager in the energy sector, you will drive strategic growth by leading sales and marketing initiatives across domestic and international markets. Your role includes managing key client relationships, optimizing market presence, and ensuring synergy between cross-functional teams to enhance the company’s competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies aligned with the domestic and export energy markets, focusing on energy products and services.
⦁ Lead and manage marketing and sales teams, set strategic goals, and continuously monitor their achievement.
⦁ Identify and acquire key clients and expand the sales network in domestic and international energy markets.
⦁ Manage effective participation in energy exchanges, commodity exchanges, and oversee related transaction and contract processes.
⦁ Conduct specialized analysis of the energy market, pricing trends, supply and demand, and prepare analytical reports for senior management.
⦁ Collaborate closely with legal, finance, and commercial departments to negotiate and execute sales and export contracts.
⦁ Enhance customer relationship processes to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
⦁ Manage budgets, plan targeted advertising and marketing campaigns within the energy sector using diverse channels.
⦁ Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing teams and prepare periodic reports.
⦁ Plan specialized training programs for the sales team based on energy market characteristics and exchange regulations.
⦁ Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to improve sales and marketing effectiveness and strengthen the company’s competitive position in the energy industry.
Core Competencies and Qualifications:
⦁ Full proficiency in energy exchange and commodity exchange processes and regulations (mandatory).
⦁ In-depth knowledge of export contracts and international trade laws in the energy sector.
⦁ Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with key corporate clients in the energy market.
⦁ Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales and marketing personnel.
⦁ Solid technical knowledge in energy market analysis, pricing trends, and sales opportunities.
⦁ Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and analytical tools for reporting and KPI monitoring.
⦁ Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal) for international correspondence.
⦁ Strategic planning skills, budget management, and resource allocation in marketing and sales functions.
⦁ Capability to coordinate and collaborate with legal, finance, production, and commercial departments.
