Job Description
● Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy and planning based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and customer needs.
● Sales forecasting, analyzing business situations and monitoring market trends, and developing business cases based on findings.
● Develop and coordinate sales and marketing activities and policies to promote products and services through working with other functions and people management.
● Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, return on investment, and profit-loss projections.
● Direct the hiring, training, or performance evaluations of marketing or sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
