● Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy and planning based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and customer needs. ● Sales forecasting, analyzing business situations and monitoring market trends, and developing business cases based on findings. ● Develop and coordinate sales and marketing activities and policies to promote products and services through working with other functions and people management. ● Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, return on investment, and profit-loss projections. ● Direct the hiring, training, or performance evaluations of marketing or sales staff and oversee their daily activities. ● Supervise, manage and monitor sales and marketing activities. ● Coach his/her team members behaviorally and technically.
Requirements
● MD, Pharm D, DVM, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy (or related fields), and/or business education with a specialization in marketing (experience in pharma is preferred). ● 3 to 4 years of pharmaceutical management experience. ● Effective forecasting and budgeting skills. ● Negotiation and communication skills. ● Fluent in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
