Job Description

We are looking for an area sales and marketing executive for our central office in Tehran. The role requires a certain level of domestic travel to visit medical laboratories for the assigned territories, including private labs, universities, and social security hospitals and health centers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone already engaged and skillful, who wants to leverage his/her skills and working knowledge in several steps during a certain course of time.

  • The incumbent will be required to understand (or learn in detail) lab sciences including Hematology, Coagulation, ESR, Urine Analysis and Parameters, Biochemistry, Hormones, etc.
  • This is a role where you find yourself well-rewarded with every success, so requires concentration, inside and outside marketing, etc.
  • Building up a secure and good relationship with the KOL in the assigned territory is essential to this role.
  • Detailed and routine reporting of activities for the Sales and Marketing manager and establishing a reliable CRM system is necessary for the job.
  • Vital to success in this position are attributes such as excellent public relations, self-confidence, team player, being self-motivated and fast learning, as well as an analytical mindset.
  • There will be occasions throughout the year in regard to preparation for the exhibitions, seminars, and alike, where you will eventually attend, meet your clients and either initiate or close the already initiated deals.
  • Besides all, customer-centricity with exceptional client relationship management will be an ideal fit for this role.
  • The compensation package: fixed salary, generous commissions, supplementary insurance, occasional benefits, lunch allowance, life insurance, etc.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Lab Sciences, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or other relevant fields; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in related fields such as marketing or sales (IVD field is highly desirable but not necessary).
  • Good command of English (speaking, listening, and writing), is a plus.
  • Exceptional client focus and orientation.
  • Strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Analytical mind in Marketing and sales.
  • High-proven interpersonal and self-management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent negotiator and able to close deals.
  • Good with numbers.
  • Organized and punctual.
