Job Description

- Continuous cooperating with specialized healthcare agencies in certain fields, to define projects for new products - Feasibility study of a variety of products, including technical study, economic study, market research and so on, in collaboration with other departments - Creating innovation in current products or under manufacturing ones, in collaboration with relevant experts, doing clinical tests and evaluation of customer needs - Doing Risk analysis for the design of new and existing products in collaboration with relevant departments - Continuous tracking and project management defined in the relevant areas - Defining standards for under development products - Defining manufacturing processes and process parameters - Receive customers' needs and improving products in collaboration with designing department

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical /Industrial /Mechanical Engineering from reputable universities. Experience: Minimum 3 years related work experience of R&D expert. Language: Excellent command of Translate and written English. Knowledge and skills: - Have the ability to think and deal with several ideas simultaneously - Having the spirit of continuous tracking on various tasks - Ability to search for ways of doing things - Having strong power to choose - Have confidence - Flexible to changes - Self-motivated - Interested in change and transformation - Strong ability to communicate with others - Having the energy for longtime working and thinking - Having systematic approach
