Job Description

  • Recommend service and product enhancement to improve sales potential and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the delivery of targets through individual recognition, performance review, people management, and reward.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of cross-selling activities by guiding employees.
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them.
  • Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of regional sales programs.
  • Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for territories and the region.
  • Plan for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company.
  • Organize training for new staff.
  • Regularly review sales data and create reports for the national sales manager

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or an MBA graduate.
  • At least 5 years of experience.
  • Proven sales experience and knowledge, including familiarity with current trends in sales methods.
  • Experience with customer relationship methods.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate across different levels of an organization.
  • Notable interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor and ability to provide both positive and negative feedback effectively.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to attend and host meetings and assist with general management duties.
  • Familiar with the FMCG market.
