Job Description
We are looking for a QA Expert in our Takestan Plant.
The position holder will be responsible for all the reports related to the laboratory and the analyses of the processes of production, i.e. materials, process, products, and packaging, in regard to quality assurance. This job is to ensure that quality will be taken into account in all the functions in production, warehouses, and packaging.
The detailed description of the job is as follows:
- Monitor the health and quality of the material and products in the factory and respond to the authorities.
- Conduct and monitor Food and Drug Administration rules.
- Ensure compliance with the products based on the company and local regulations.
- Responsible for compliance with GMP rules.
- Monitor shipping conditions and ensure that there is no corruption, pollution, and product damage.
- Monitor the implementation of the Recall system to collect returned or defective products.
- Collaborate on the handling of customer claims and follow-up.
- Perform the necessary tests on the raw materials and master-batch.
- Coordinate with different functions to maintain the quality of the product.
- Document and maintain records of all actions undertaken.
- Lead 5S implementation and sustaining.
- Monitor and track plant equipment and machines calibration system.
