Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Public Relations (PR) Specialist to join our marketing team in a fast-paced delivery and logistics company. You will be responsible for developing and executing PR campaigns, managing media relations, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns aligning with the company's marketing objectives and target audience.
• Craft compelling press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to communicate key company messages, news, and initiatives to the media.
• Establish and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, industry influencers, and other media professionals to achieve positive media coverage.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, coordinating interviews, press conferences, and media events as needed.
• Monitor media coverage and proactively identify opportunities for positive publicity or address potential issues through timely and effective communication.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, executive team, and subject matter experts, to gather information and insights for PR activities.
• Manage crisis communication and develop proactive strategies to mitigate potential reputational risks.
• Enhancing our company's voice and brand image through online and offline channels.
• Develop and maintain a media database and actively seek media partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and public opinion to identify opportunities and recommend strategic PR initiatives.
• Measure and analyze the impact of PR efforts, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with the market research team to analyze public opinion.
• Planning and supervising events, fairs, conferences, and other PR activities.
