The production support department is engaged with facility and utility, and maintenance services, providing support and services to help the business with quality increase and savings by optimizing the systems. The position: The facility technician is in charge of monitoring and maintaining Site LMT facility systems like building, furniture, security, firefighting, etc., to ensure they are running well. ● Regularly check the status of all facility systems and records, that including walls, floor, ceiling, windows, doors, furniture, roof waterproof system, and sanitary relevant system. ● Prepare the maintenance/repairing proposal and plan, perform the maintenance work according to facility maintenance work procedure, and report the status to the line manager. ● Regularly check the status of the security system, monitoring system, door access system, and record. ● Prepare maintenance/repair proposal and plan, perform the maintenance work according to facility maintenance work procedure, and report the status to the line manager. ● Monitor the utility equipment's running status, ensure stable energy supply to the production of water, electricity, and compressed air, and be in charge of rush repair in emergency cases. In addition to this, you will: ● Perform building/facility/equipment maintenance work. ● Perform facility systems maintenance work in close alignment with electrical and mechanical and pest control sections. ● Participate in facility projects. ● Take the responsibility for quality control within the facility area including deviations and change management. ● Supervise the 3rd party suppliers working on facility maintenance work and projects. Ensure the 3rd party suppliers perform the work by strictly following the procedure and standard of NN. ● Work according to cGMP, GMP, GDP, and SOP.
Requirements
● The ideal candidate should have a junior college major in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or other relevant fields. ● Intermediate command of English, written and oral. ● Good computer operation skills. ● Good written ability to prepare the requirement of facility maintenance work independently. ● At least 1 year of experience in building and systems maintenance or relevant. ● Experience in building general maintenance is preferred. ● Experience in systematic problem-solving and building project execution is an advantage. ● Experience in firefighting system maintenance is preferred. ● Experience in welding/grinding is an advantage.
