Job Description

Production manager supervise factory daily production and be responsible for operational schedule. He shall manage, schedule and coordinate activities related to the production for wide range of chemical industries. Depending on the scale of the factory, production managers supervise whole or some part of factory. They will also responsible for quality control and shall guarantee the quality of produced products. • Making decisions over human resource management and equipment’s in order to reach production goals • Controlling production according to the schedule and allocated budget • Employing, instructing, and assessing workers to have enough and skilled human resources for production section or the factory • Analyzing production related data to check how is production process is adopted with the schedule • Preparing daily report for senior manager • Supervising factory workers to ensure their performance and also their security • Innovation for producing better using cutting edge technology or new working processes • Making decision to use or not using new machines and also managing workers extra working hours • Troubleshooting along production process
