Job Description

A production supervisor is a person who has a direct role in supervising, organizing manpower, equipment, and processes.

Roles:

Monitoring compliance with production standards.
Monitoring the maintenance and protection of machines.
Issuing the list of materials required for production and tracking their timely supply from the material warehouse.
Monitoring the delivery of final products according to the schedule to the product warehouse according to the implementation procedures.
Cooperating with relevant units (warehouse, QA, HSE).

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Fluent in English.
Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
High technical skills.
Ability to motivate employees in order to increase the effectiveness of their work and performance.
Ability to prepare production lines for the next shift and deliver the hall to the opposite shift. In order to achieve the goals of the organization.
Ability to monitor and track daily production reports and follow up on non-conformities.
Ability to control how the documentation is set by operators.
Ability to resolve non-conformities observed in the process audit.
