Job Description
- To supervise the production line
- Reporting to: Managing Director/factory manager
- Subordinates: Production staff.
- Length of Probation Period: 3 Month.
- Travel requirements: Yes, maybe.
- Gross Monthly Base Salary: Agreement
- Commission / Bonus / Benefits: Yes
- Responsible for run the production lines according to time schedule.
- Identify risks and opportunities associated with production processes and manage to control them.
- Responsible for writing a product quality plan, including instructions of production, quality control and product maintenance.
- Evaluate the capacity of machinery and production lines.
- Track and trace to take corrective or preventive actions in order to eliminate actual or potential mistakes.
- Involve and support employees in improvement activities.
- Continuous monitoring of maintenance and repairing of machinery and equipment.
- Review the results of monitoring and evaluating processes related to the plant affairs and plan to make improvement.
- To be in contact factory manager, in order to answer the requirements of products or services.
- Identify production problems and provide solutions to improve them.
- Continuous monitoring of the high quality products’ production according to the production plan.
- Identify educational course required by staff.
